Moved to S. Calif for a new job since all the ones for me dried up in NYC area where I was for 20+ years. Yep, at 58 when most of you are ready to retire, I'm still going strong working (I'm envious!). Divorced, one son 21 at St. Thomas Aquinas in Orangeburg, NY. Met my new wife in Sweden at a workshop, yep she's a microbiologist too. We married in the US March 06, then in her native Poland for her family on 7/7/07. Love to golf and ski (took this up at 49). Workplace
Now working for a private medical microbiology laboratory as Scientific Director of Microbiology and Virology and now part of the Qeust Diagnostics megasystem. Sure keeps me busy. Some travel, some speaking engagements (anyone remember me as that quiet shy Ken?). Was Director of Microbiology in 2 hospitals, Westchester Medical Center in Westchester, NY and Mt. Siani in NYC. Both were great, but due to their poor finances, had to put me out to pasture.
